CAHealthAgents.com is an educational website and free referral service operated by GYOLeads LLC. We connect California residents with independent, licensed health insurance brokers and agents at no cost to the consumer.
We are not a licensed insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker. We do not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance coverage, and we do not provide insurance advice. Information on this Site is for general educational purposes only.

2 Information We Collect
We keep the match form deliberately short. When you submit it, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Coverage type you select (e.g., Covered California, Medi-Cal, entertainment/gig, wine country/ag, Medicare, ancillary)
- Any notes you voluntarily type describing your situation
2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this Site, we and our service providers (including our CRM/forms provider, HubSpot) may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, via cookies and similar technologies described in Section 9. Where required, tracking tools are gated behind your consent as described in Section 6.
3 How We Use Your Information
- To match you with a licensed California health insurance broker who can assist with your coverage needs
- To communicate with you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email (subject to your consent — see Section 5)
- To operate, maintain, and improve this Site
- To comply with applicable law and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles on individual visitors.
5 Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
By checking the consent box and submitting the match form, you expressly consent to be contacted by GYOLeads LLC and/or the licensed California broker you're matched with, at the phone number and email you provide, including by:
- Telephone calls, including autodialed or prerecorded calls
- Text/SMS messages, including automated messages
This consent is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing any product. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us at privacy@gyoleads.com.
TCPA Notice: This constitutes your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is collected via an explicit, unchecked checkbox at the point of submission — it is not bundled into the act of submitting the form.
6 Website Tracking & Chat Tools
Some tools on this Site — such as our CRM/forms provider's tracking cookies — can only begin collecting information after you've had notice and, where California law requires it, an opportunity to consent. We do not activate non-essential tracking, chat capture, or session-recording tools before that notice is given.
If this Site adds a live chat or AI assistant in the future, this section will be updated to disclose it before it processes any conversation content, consistent with California's treatment of communications-interception statutes.
7 California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as health, racial, or precise-location data) through this Site.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request for any visitor who sends it.

8 California Medical Information (CMIA)
California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) applies more broadly than HIPAA, reaching some businesses that collect health-related information online even if they aren't a medical provider. We've designed this Site to avoid collecting medical information in the first place: our form does not ask for health conditions, medications, or diagnoses.
If you choose to voluntarily mention health-related information in the optional notes field, we treat it as confidential, use it only to help a broker understand your request, and do not sell or use it for advertising.
9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the match form, remember preferences, and understand site usage. Our forms/CRM provider (HubSpot) may set cookies in connection with form submission. We do not use cookies to serve behavioral advertising on this Site.
Most browsers let you control or block cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the match form's functionality.
10 Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to complete your broker match and comply with legal obligations, generally up to 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@gyoleads.com.
11 Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls limiting who can view submitted form data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12 Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact privacy@gyoleads.com if you believe this has occurred.
13 Third-Party Links
This Site links to third-party sites, including Covered California and DHCS/Medi-Cal. This Policy does not apply to those sites — review their own privacy policies separately.
14 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes may be accompanied by additional notice on this Site.
